Cheese Making – March 2019

Food is never thrown away – children learn how to make cheese with rosemary and walnuts from scratch from surplus milk. The cheese is then sold to visitors on Friday marketplace, along with other products. The RAEST project promotes the reuse of food, which is fully in line with the principles of our institution
